Contract summary
Realign and reconstruct mainline I-5 between 38th Street and M Street. Replace existing ramps impacted by the I-5 realignment. Construct HOV direct connect ramps between I-5 and SR 16, replace median pavement on SR 16 and open HOV lanes between Union Ave and I-5, construct retaining walls in various locations, construct stormwater system connecting new pavement to existing stormwater treatment and detention facilities, provide traffic elements such as signing, illumination, and ITS components.
