After an extensive and competitive acquisition process for the 2025-2027 Biennium, the following organizations have been awarded funds* to provide outreach, pre-apprenticeship training, and supportive services to females, minorities, and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals across Washington State.

To be ready to apply for PASS Program funds for the 2027-2029 Biennium, your organization must be registered with Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS). When registering, please choose commodity code 924-86-00.
