Project overview
This project will further expand the North Spokane Corridor south from its current end location at Columbia Avenue to the Spokane River. This includes the construction of a new interchange at Wellesley Avenue.
What to expect
All major work on the project has been completed as of the end of August 2024. Minor work will remain as crews continue to finish connecting work to the Spokane River Crossing project to the south. All traveler impacts around Euclid Avenue and Wellesley Avenue have been completed.

The North Spokane Corridor broke ground on August 11, 2001. As of November 16, 2023, an additional 1.5 miles was opened to the public from where the corridor previously ended at Freya Street down to Wellesley Avenue competing 7 miles of the 10.5 mile corridor.
