PORT ORCHARD – A project in Port Orchard will replace an aging traffic signal with a modern roundabout. Construction is set for the intersection of Bethel Avenue (State Route 166) and Bay Street with preliminary work scheduled to start July 6. Depending on weather, the roundabout will open this fall.
